To save you and your practice team time, we have a team of experienced Customer Advisors who will register new clients and their pets over the phone quickly. We will also take care of all sorts of queries that your clients may have about their animal health plan as well as update their personal details when needed.
We will do our best to retain clients who call us and are thinking of cancelling. We will remind them of the value of the plan and the importance of maintaining a preventive approach to their pet’s healthcare.
