A dedicated team, with both a customer service and veterinary background, is on hand to help you, your practice team and your clients.

Consultant

Your dedicated Consultant will visit you to offer advice and practical support to the whole practice team including business planning, administration of Pet Health Plans, client recruitment and marketing.

Pet Health Plans Advisors (PHPAs)

Your dedicated Pet Health Plans Advisor will split their time between providing excellent customer service from our Head Office and visiting your practice to train and encourage your team to join clients onto your Pet Health Plans. Additional office-based Advisors will be at the end of the phone for you and your clients from 8.30am to 7pm Monday to Friday.

Diagnostics and action planning
The Practice Business will commission a confidential survey amongst your clients, once you have reached your initial target of client members, to help you identify areas where you and your staff are doing well in the eyes of your customers and areas where there’s room for improvement. Your Consultant can then work with you to create an action plan for your team that could include training, marketing and practice development.

Tailor made training for your business
The Practice Business offers proven tailor-made training to help your practice provide
exceptional service to all your clients as well as implement Pet Health Plans effectively.
These useful, practical training sessions are customised to your precise needs, count
towards CPD and provide an excellent opportunity for your whole team to build their skills
and confidence together.

No financial commitment from you
The Practice Business provides all practice preparation, literature and support to you at no extra charge. So there's no consultancy or set up charge, no upfront investment you have to make and no minimum business requirement going forward. Once you have clients on your plans, and you are receiving monthly income from them, we will deduct a fee before we forward payment to you. Details of The Practice Business fee are available upon request.

Your Pet Health Plan for cats will support FAB's WellCat for Life programme and can carry their logo.
