Your veterinary practice has chosen to work with The Practice Business to administer their Pet Health Plans. We will collect your monthly payments on behalf of your practice and aim to provide you with excellent customer service.

The Pet Health Plans team at The Practice Business is available to you on 0800 169 9958, from 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5pm Friday. They work closely with your practice and can help you with any queries you might have on your Pet Health Plan, payments, if you change address or bank details, want to register a new pet at any time, need to change practice or if, sadly, you lose a pet.
